Dear Friends,

We have much to report and celebrate with you regarding all things Faith and Liberty Discovery Center, which is projected to open Thanksgiving of 2020!

This Fall approximately 200 city and cultural leaders, partners, workers and staff joined us for our “topping off” ceremony, which is a traditional construction milestone recognizing the last steel beam being moved into place, a safe project to date, and the great progress being made.

Our team traveled to Grand Rapids, Raleigh, Charlotte, Orlando, Washington D.C., Houston, Dallas and Akron to conduct educational programming, to raise funds and to promote the vision of the Center with key influencers and partners; and we continued our marketing efforts creating over 60 million impressions via social media and earned news media over the past 12 months to help “get the word out” about the Center.

We expanded the Center’s leadership team by adding Daniel Corti as Director overseeing operations, and Lisa Arrell as Senior Manager overseeing all Sales and Marketing efforts. Daniel brings two decades of museum operations leadership, and Lisa almost three decades of sales and marketing leadership to our already incredible team.

Exhibit fabrication by Hadley Systems (New York), audio-visual integration by Zenith Systems (Ohio), exhibit media design and development by Local Projects (New York), and technological development of our interactive “Lamp” by Knowledge Resources (Switzerland) are well underway and all teams are making great progress.

Our next big milestones will celebrate installation of the Center’s roof this December, and all glass walls in place by the end of January 2020.

Each step along the way is a visual reminder that the Center is becoming a reality, and one that could not be happening without your generous support and encouragement.

Thank you again for partnering with us, and for helping spread the word about the Center with others who may be interested in joining us in this effort. If you or someone you know are interested in learning how they can help see this vision become a reality, please contact us here and someone from our team will reach out.

With gratitude,

Pat Murdock

Executive Director
